Fashion must be ethical
We have never used natural leather and fur in our collections. Linen, cotton, and viscose, from which the clothes of our brand are created, are biodegradable materials. But today this is not enough.

The global fashion industry is approaching a line beyond which it will be too difficult to reverse. The planet is buried in waste, including from the light industry.

The UN forecast looks threatening: if nothing is done, the amount of unrefined plastic by 2025 will grow to 100-250 million tons. And by the middle of the century, mankind will generate 33 billion tons of plastic products per year - 110 times more than in 2015.

As a result, the mass of plastic in the oceans will be greater than that of the entire remaining population of marine animals.

In the past two decades, technology has made clothing much cheaper. Every month hundreds of brands create and launch new collections on the market. Fast Fashion or fast fashion products dominate both large shopping malls and online. More than half of these items end up in a landfill in less than a year.

Today dozens of well-known brands are reconsidering their attitude to the principles of production. Fashion must slow down, fashion must not produce waste, fashion must not pollute the planet the way it does now.
OLSKA apparel production is based on the opposite business model. Slow Fashion's principle is smart consumption. A person doesn't need new things every month. We produce clothes that serve several seasons. Our eco fabrics (надо добавить из чего они) do not lose their properties and appearance.
HOW and from WHAT we produce our clothes
It is important for us in what form we will leave the planet to the next generation. The OLSKA brand sees its role not only in not polluting the environment, this is an absolute minimum, we are an active link in the recycling process. We are in favor of more and more closed-cycle production facilities that create almost no waste. Therefore, most of the fabrics from which OLSKA clothes are sewn are a product of plastic recycling, old clothes, .... еще пару примеров из чего?
We are an active link in the resycling process
  • At OLSKA it is no coincidence that we choose muted colors: the color of grass, earth, ocean. All shades of beige, chocolate, terracotta, khaki. Nothing flashy. Everything that most resembles the natural colors of nature itself. There are too many stress factors in the modern world and we know how much our customers value silence, calmness, cleanliness and their own time. We respect their feelings.
Second life of things
We have organized the Second Hands project and encourage our clients to return clothes that they no longer need. We donate our brand items to the “Shelter House” for women victims of domestic violence and to other charitable foundations for those in need. The key for us is to give the clothes a second life, not to throw them away!
We support and implement 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals
The 17 UN Goals are a call to action from all countries - poor, rich and middle-class. Their goal is to improve human well-being and protect our planet.
  • States recognize that in order to eradicate poverty, it is necessary to focus on economic growth and gradually address problems in education, health, social protection and employment. At the same time, it is necessary to combat climate change and take measures to protect the environment.
